Returns & Exchanges

All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 3 days for a full refund and 14 days for an exchange, and we promise to make the process as easy as possible. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold, so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail or live-chat with us the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold. 

Domestic Returns

All domestic orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To ship an item back to Haya & Lila Brand, simply pack your item and invoice into the return envelope/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. To mail your package, you can:

  1. Drop your package at a USPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). Click here to find USPS Location near you
  2. Leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS pick-up.


You have 3 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase. All sale items are FINAL, in this case you are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to make an exchange. After 14 days, you are only eligible for a store credit. Any store credit issued for a return has no expiration date.


All PREORDER item(s) are not eligible for refunds. They're only eligible for store credit or exchange.
